We can supply
training schedules whether you want to improve your speed and performance or
train for a specfic event such as a marathon or even your first 5k.
Training schedules will help runners of all abilities from beginners to
experienced and fast athletes. Your goals may be short distance speed work
(from short track running up to 10k) or longer distance running from 10 miles
up to ultra distance - we can supply training schedules for all.
Ideally we would like to see you on a first appointment to assess your current
level of fitness and speed and then we could supply monthly schedules by email
to help you reach your targets.
