Many people new to exercise are prone to muscular aches and pains and possible injuries. Our level 4 qualified sports massage therapist can identify potential problems at an early stage and provide advice and treatment that will help prevent injury so your training will not be interrupted. Sports massage is an integral part of personal training, If you receive regular massage treatment you are far less likely to suffer injury and without tension and tightness in your muscles you perform better. We offer one discounted massage session if you make a block booking of 10 or more training sessions.
Not everyone is comfortable working out in a large gym or even training on their own outdoors. We offer something for everyone – a personal and private fully equipped fitness studio where you can workout with our trainers in a relaxed and comfortable setting, we offer training sessions outdoors on a grassed area at our studio or in the local areas (Chalkwell, Westcliff, Southend sea front). We can train you and a friend together at a discounted rate.

Our training programmes will improve your cardio vascular fitness, reducing risk of future medical problems and prolonging an active life.
